Absolutely the most useless group of people I have met. I want to start off by saying I have been shopping at Gustafsons for years. And this will absolutely be my last purchase and the last time I suggest anybody to shop there. To make a long story short. Bought a mattress January 5th. It got delivered on January 24th. Tried to switch out the mattress on February 12th through their “sleep guarantee” but I couldn’t because their doors were closed and nobody was answering the phones. now all of sudden they can’t swap it out for “health reasons” and the “consulting firm said no”. It’s crazy to me that the sales person tells you something and they don’t back it up. Now because they can’t figure out how to run a business and manage their money properly we are stuck with a mattress that was used for 2 weeks. But they have no problem trying to sell me a new one and getting me to spend more money. And the “owner” Chris wouldn’t even come out and help solve the problem because “his hands are tied”. If your hands are tied what is the point of you even being there. Just have the consulting team run everything and don’t be a waste of payroll. No thanks. I’ll go to bobs where everything is cheaper for the same quality anyway.

Brad and Emanuel delivered my king size Stearns and Foster mattress. Upon arrival, they took the time to plan how they will bring in this super heavy mattress. It was cold and wet outside, so they got their booties on and made sure nothing got dirty. They then inspected the mattress to make sure it didn’t have any damage. They were very efficient, meticulous, friendly, and pleasant. 10 stars! ⭐️ Thank you!

Brad and Emmanuel provided us a first class delivery experience. We placed a large family room order, and they meticulously placed each piece of furniture and cleaned the room before leaving. They documented all issues with the furniture and missing items and advised us on having those issues rectified with Gustafsons. These young men were personable, hardworking, and professional. So happy to have their help! We also really enjoyed our purchase experience with Ryan, and when we are ready to get a kitchen table we will be back to work with him. Thanks for a great experience, we are longtime customers and look forward to future purchases at your store.

Very helpful took their time and the ones that delivered it Dwayne and I forget the other guy's name were awesome they made sure everything was exactly the way I wanted it before they left.
