Update: TWO STAR drop. Just received the furniture and the delivery people were great. They took care of all the packaging and placed the couch and chair where we asked pulled everything in and made sure it was working properly(motorized reclining). The reclining chair is great. No issues upon first sitting and feels very comfortable. I'm sure it will become even better during the break in period. However, the couch is the problem. It was packaged as new and i'm sure it is new. The issue is the padding in the seating area. The left side already has a feel of a sinking spot next to the armrest. The right side does not have that issue as it feel firm as expected. I looked under the couch to see if it was a spring issue that came loose during shipping, but it did not look like it did. We don't know what to do. I'm guessing we will have to call to see what we can do to fix this issue. Lucky we purchased the insurance since it is motorized. But reading the reviews on the follow-up services, we are not very hopeful. So, let's hope our experience is much better than past experiences from other reviewers.
First post, the initial find and purchase (Four STAR): Had a very good experience and purchased a living room set. My wife and I have been shopping for a new living room set for months and finally decided to give Hank’s a look see. We finally found a set that we both liked at a price that didn’t break the bank. If there was a down side it was the financing which was only 6 months at 0%. But I guess that’s the trade off. Getting the finance was easy and we should see our stuff in a few weeks. Finally the one very nice feature was the delivery cost. A set rate not a tiered rate based on needed set ups etc.

I am posting this review on behalf of my grandfather, Hayward Clements, who had an awful experience with Hank’s Fine Furniture.
I am writing this review to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the management and corporate operations at Hank’s Fine Furniture. What began as a simple fulfillment error has devolved into a five-month ordeal of broken promises and financial negligence.
In September 2025, I purchased a furniture set based on the floor model displayed in the showroom. Hank’s subsequently ordered the wrong color. When it was determined that the company could not actually source the color I ordered, the store manager explicitly stated there would be no issue providing a full refund.
As of late January 2026, I have yet to receive my money.
Despite numerous follow-ups, I have been subjected to a continuous "run-around." I have been patient, but five months is an inexcusable timeframe for a reputable business to process a return of funds—especially for an error made on their end.
At this stage, the lack of transparency and the failure to honor a verbal and written agreement feels less like an administrative delay and more like a deliberate attempt to withhold funds. I strongly advise potential customers to be wary of their refund policies and "managerial guarantees."
Resolution Required: I expect an immediate confirmation of my refund. If this is not resolved within the next 48 hours, I will be forced to escalate this matter through a formal dispute with my financial institution and a report to the Better Business Bureau, as well as the federal trade commission. We have no choice but to seek legal action if necessary.

Josh Carter is the best! He was wonderful to work with and although we only made a small purchase, he provided outstanding customer service and was very patient and accommodating as we shopped and looked at a variety of things. I highly recommend asking for Josh C! The store manager Jeff is also great - he was very helpful as well and stepped in to get us checked out quickly. I would definitely return to Hank's first when we have more furniture needs. We were very impressed and we had visited several different furniture stores in the area, and Hank's was the best by far! FIVE STARS!

Don’t buy from this store and expect any customer service after you’ve purchased.
My wife and I bought a sofa in September of 25,it was delivered damaged. We paid over 7k for this sofa. No big deal. We contacted the sales person, he instructed us to send a picture to the store number.
We did, immediately and no one contacted us.
I call a week later, the office manager says she’s contacting the supplier and will follow up.
A month or so goes by, no one has contacted me. I follow up again, I’m assured they’re working on it.
Fast forward it’s late January 26 and no one has followed up. I call the office again on a Friday, I’m assured by the office manager she’s contacting the supplier again. She tells me she will call Monday or Tuesday to let me know what they say.
Wednesday comes and none has called. I call again and the manager is out. I left a message letting her know I’m frustrated and to at least let me know what’s going on.
It’s Friday afternoon and I’m still waiting on a call.
5 months, no resolution, no call back.
I even purchased the warranty but now I have no faith they would ever fix anything.
I understand things happen and I have tried to be patient but at some point you have to assume they do not care once they’ve taken your money.
I’m honestly hoping they will see this an actually reach out.
Update - The office manager finally called back after I called again to let them know I’m beyond frustrated. Apparently they sent the fabric to the wrong location. I was ready to give up and the repair person finally reached out.
My wife takes off work to meet him. He shows up with the wrong fabric and has no clue what’s going on.
He assures us he’ll contact the store and they’ll reach out. They haven’t and I’ve left a voicemail with no return call.

I happened to drive past this place while going to Ashley Furniture. I went inside and they had a lot of good stuff. I was close to buying a couch/love seat they had at the front door, but wasn't sure as the controls were on the inside of the arm, rather than the outside.
I ended up not getting it, but it wasn't because of the price. It strictly was that single feature.
I will be sure to check this place in the future when I am looking for something. Their prices are competitive, unlike other "fine furniture" places.
Jeff helped me and he was a pleasure to speak with. Wasn't pushy or anything.
