Reposting my review. I had the couch for 1 week before it broke. We used the warranty to get it fixed. They told us 4-6 weeks, but that was a lie. They told us when we questioned why it hadn't been fixed after 3 months that it would take 4-6 months to fix it. We asked for a refund, were told they "don't allow due to policy" when their policy only states no refunds on special orders or delivery fees. I've taken it to the Attorney General to get this resolved because they are only allowing store credit, not a refund. They stole nearly $800 and are refusing a refund despite none of their paperwork specifying we are not allowed one. Don't go there, whatever you do.

My first time visiting Hank's and my husband and I found the furniture of our dreams. We didn't purchase it the first time since we were in the process of painting. The second trip, the store manager approached us and told us we could put it on layaway. Im really not a layaway girl because we need the furniture now, but we made the decision to do it anyway. The experience of being there was awesome. Im really eager to get the furniture but what we chose is $7,000 and it's going to take some time to pay it off. Im hoping my husband can win the lottery soon so we can get our furniture 😂
Edit: As of December 2025, I am very disappointed. We bought the Motomotion loveseat and a piece is broken under the bottom of one side. We took all the measures to report this and we still haven't heard from anyone. It was reported a few weeks after purchasing. We have sent several pictures and given them all the information they have asked for, but no one has reached out. When it's time to make a payment, I'm getting texts and call backs, but to get the furniture fixed, I've heard nothing. Very disappointed!

I paid $5,000 for a leather couch 4 years ago. $500 or so was for an extended warranty that covered "everything". Man, am I a sucker! When the material began to fail, I filed a warranty claim. The claim was denied because "Leather or vinyl cracking or peeling" is excluded from the warranty. Also excluded from the warranty is indentations, surface abrasion, fading, discoloration, loss of foam resiliency, piling, fraying, loosening of threads, spring or coil damage, fabric or leather dye lot variations, plastic or metal parts, etc. etc... Before I wrote this review, I called and asked if they would do anything and they said no. So here we are. Do not buy expensive furniture from Hank's and absolutely do not buy the extended warranty. It does not actually cover anything and only serves to pad the pockets of this "family business".

Dakota Campbell was fantastic and helped us find the perfect bedroom set. The store was clean and well organized. All the employees were friendly and polite. There is a reason we keep coming back whenever we need furniture.

First time dealing with this place will be the last. $1000 recliner broken on delivery and it’s been an absolute nightmare getting that sorted out. The sales people and managers will tell you what you want to hear so you’ll leave them alone but they’re misleading and unaccountable. Just go straight to the corporate office in Sherwood, the retail branch is full of slimy salesmen that won’t actually help you. Worst experience ever.
