I had a wonderful experience with Karla and John. The entire team including the shipping crew was 10/10. I started my search about a month ago where I was greeted with a smile and asked what I was looking for. I was directed to the correct area and was informed about the different type of sectionals available to me. With an offer on a home being recently accepted I knew I couldn’t do any business that day, however John made me feel comfortable and I didn’t feel like I was being “sold” anything. I went in a week later to lock in my price with a fantastic Veteran’s Day deal. I signed a few papers, put down a small deposit, and was very satisfied. Fast forward 3 weeks, I went in after closing on my home and was again greeted with a smile by Karla. We finalized the order and she let me know an expected delivery date. Within a few days I received a call letting me know the shipping date had been pushed UP. The automated text service from The RoomPlace was very helpful and I was notified in advance when to expect my delivery. The movers were very professional and were in and out within 15 minutes. Thank you to the entire team for making this process fun and painless!

Love this experience. Kifah the salesperson was awesome and knowledgeable, no pressure during the mattress purchase. We were intended to drive around many stores to shop around and this was our second and last stop. Delivery is within 2 days. Manager Amir was knowledgeable and very friendly. We will definitely be back for our next purchase. Very friendly location. 5 stars.

a shop to avoid, first they give a date for delivery, then they delay it, they bring you part of the order, which is damaged, they give a date for a second delivery, which they keep delaying as the date approaches. That's right, the money from day 1.

They stop caring as soon as they get your money. The difference in box spring sizes was not explained. If I knew that almost every bed these days (including all the ones at the store) only has room for a 2 inch box spring, I wouldn’t have gotten the 9 inch. Getting a hold of someone to talk about a return was impossible. Multiple people promised call backs that didn’t happen. I finally just went in and there was still a lot of confusion. John and the manager were telling me different things. I had to pay $99 for them to come pick up the box springs I can’t use. And they didn’t take my old mattress when they delivered the new one. Now it’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t gotten my store credit. I tried customer service but they said the store has to process it. She put me on hold to call them but (surprise) they didn’t answer. Thankfully I love the mattress and won’t have to deal with exchanging it, but I won’t be shopping here again.
