Our new Whirlpool microwave was sparking off the rack. Popcorn didn’t pop very well. It would burn in a spot leaving many unpopped kernels. There was no Owner’s Manual given to us upon delivery. Glen came out but had not worked on this newer model before. However, he called the company and was told to take the rack out. It is only to be used for very few ways of cooking. He was sent the file for an Operator’s Manual and forwarded it to me so I could print it out. We tried popping popcorn and it seemed to work much better without the rack. Thankful for Glen’s help with this.

Is this place a front for money laundering or something? I had the same experience as many others, impossible for them to pin down a date when the tech could come out even after speaking with two people. Looking possibly two weeks away. Then find out it will cost $120 for the tech to come out AND they priced me $716.84 in parts and labor to fix a $500 machine. Pretty sure they just did not want to do the work. Terrible experience.

Terrible customer service. It is impossible to set up a date to have work completed. The only answer they give is they "will call the day before with a 2 hour window". I explained that I often work during the week and would like to schedule something in advance. I provided several dates over the next few weeks. They stated I can either leave my door unlocked or be available for the time they assign. I would highly recommend against using them.

I haven't had a good experience with this company that was hired by my home warranty provider. My washing machine was stopping on the spin cycle. It was still usable as you could reset it by unplugging it for 5 minutes. May 8th they came out and he didn't take anything apart or call anyone, just listened and said it's the capacitor. I had to pay 85. dollars for that highly diagnostic service call. He ordered the parts and returned on May 15th to repair. Nothing was said about it not working so we assumed it was fixed. We tried running a load and it now stops on the rinse cycle. We tried unplugging to reset 4 times, but it will not continue or restart. Contacted the warranty company so they're aware of the poor service and then called Heartland. I explained the situation and said I shouldn't have to wait another week. Her response was they have to wait for parts they can't control that. No accountability whatsoever. I understand waiting for parts, but they don't even no what parts are needed and that is the piece I shouldn't have to wait for. She also asked if I contacted the warranty company. I told her I most certainly did, so that they're aware of the poor customer service provided. To which her response was, Oh, well do you want me to cancel the ticket? I'm not sure if it was a threat or a question at that point. But I said the warranty company hired you not me and they still want it to be you. It's not my decision to make. No, I don't want it canceled. So, now I'll probably have to wait another week just to look at it and another for parts and repair.

Not impressed with this company so far. They are the Whirlpool warranty people so had no choice. Called on a brand new dw on a Thursday and gave them the error code. Yep someone should be out to fix it beginning of following week. Called again on Tuesday, told they will call day before they come. Called again Thursday. Customer service rep insists I had called the 1st time on a Saturday...looked it up on my phone, Thursday at 1139. Well their techs don't work on Fridays, I am on the list, they will call the day before. I asked why I was told the beginning of the week when it is now Thursday and haven't seen them. Yea, so since I didn't get a call yet and it is Thursday, they wont be out until next week sometime. Again, why would I be told early in the week and now it is not happening for 2 weeks. She said, they will call the day before.....ugh. So frustrating! Do not call them if you don't have to. No empathy, do not stand behind what they say and no urgency!
