Bought a kind and queen mattress set with box springs while building our home. The box bring made the bed too tall. As we called the gentleman who owned the store. I explained the situation. He told me to bring it back and they would take care off it. And to bring my receipt. So following his instructions I did. Mind you we drove over an hour to do the return. Get here today and his wife said she wouldn't take it back. Was obnoxiously rude. Screaming and yelling and literally left me standing there. Not only will I never shop or purchase ANYTHING from them again. I just really want to say I feel very sorry for a man that is married to someone like that. If this is how she is to a customer I Hate to see how she runs his business in the ground.
