Upon our arrival at the Covington store we were cordially greeted by Kelly on a Saturday afternoon. She asked what we were interested in and pointed us in the right direction. She gave us our space without hovering unlike my experience at other stores. She was nearby if we have any questions. Didn’t take us long to find the perfect dining room table. She explained about the terrific Black Friday sale that was in progress. I needed to do some room measurements at home but would return on Monday to complete the sale. We purchased our table Monday morning just after the store opened. Was told that delivery could be made as early as the next two days. Fantastic. I was called on Tuesday morning and was told that if it suited me that they could deliver that morning. I was available and we had our new table in house and set up in less than 25 hours ! The delivery team, Ricky and his assistant (didn’t get his name) were very efficient in getting it brought in, assembled and set exactly where we wanted. I would 100% recommend Home Furniture Plus bedding for all your furniture needs !!!
