I had a package through ups paid and held at there ups access point. The owner (woman) told me my name before I even asked and she said she turned the package away because “I didn’t talk to her and let her know” ummmm you’re a ups access point. You have now returned the package I’ve waited on for over 2 weeks because of rerouting that’s my tankless hot water heater because she said “ people from Andrews never come and get their packages”. However that has NOTHING to do with me. I paid to hold it there so I could have hot water for my family and shop at Walmart same day. But refusing someone’s package because you simply wanted to is breaking ups contract as well as now putting a family in a bind to wait and have hot water for yet another week or longer. This isn’t about past experiences this is about running a business as you MARKET IT! Absolutely disrespectful to do and I absolutely reported to ups and they opened a case with this access point

View on GoogleI like this place. It is a great UPS drop off/shipping place. As far as I know, their appliances prices are the same as big box stores. Friendly owners and staff running this place. They have a son that is a Volunteer Firefighter, and when he is not on calls, you will find him in the store helping load items and re-stock. A great local business to support here in Seminole Tx.
