I am in love with the new furniture we bought at Jerome!s. The dining room set is so beautiful and upscales the look of kitchen area, so is the couch with the chase. We looked at so many items and came back several times before we decided to buy and the sales Rep was always helpful and friendly.

Carlos was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all our questions, made sure we were comfortable with our choice, and never made us feel pressured. His knowledge about the sofa and the options available really stood out, and he helped us feel confident that we were making the right decision. Not only did he help us pick out the perfect Paige Sofa Chaise for our home, but he also walked us through the Extended 4-year warranty in a way that made total sense. Thanks to him, we felt it was a smart investment and gave us extra peace of mind. The sofa itself is beautiful, comfortable, and exactly what we were looking for. Overall, this was a 5-star experience, and we truly appreciate Carlos for going above and beyond. We’ll definitely be back to Jerome’s for future purchases!
View on GoogleGood day, I wanted to share my experience with the hope that others will avoid the frustration we have encountered. Less than a year ago, we purchased a recliner sectional from Jerome’s in Rancho Cucamonga. At the time of purchase, we were assured that the sectional was made of 100% leather. Unfortunately, within this short period, the entire sectional has begun peeling and the color is noticeably fading. The quality of the product is extremely poor, which is especially disappointing considering we paid over $7,000, including the cost of an extended warranty. When we recently contacted Jerome’s to report this issue and seek a resolution, we were told that nothing could be done. This is very disheartening and has left us feeling unsupported. I hope this review serves as a caution to others considering a similar purchase.
View on GoogleWent to a couple different furniture places today and Jerome's selection had more items we liked versus other big box furniture stores. Also, the representative named Woody was excellent. Respectful, kind, and above all helpful - went out of his way to make sure we were greeted. When we first walked into the store, there was another representative women that completely passed us by to greet the people behind us. Woody chased us down to ensure we knew to reach out to him if we needed help - and we sure did! As soon as we found what we wanted, we looked for Woody to purchase a living room set. Woody was quick and straight to the point. Couldn't be happier.
View on GoogleJordan (sales rep) and Christy (manager) were amazing! Jordan was very honest in answering my questions about the quality of the furniture I was interested in. He is very knowledgeable of the products sold there, as well as well as the sales going on at the time (Black Friday Weekend). He carried two different dining room chairs, at different times, all the way across the store, so I could compare the seat color of the chairs with my color choice of the living room set we decided on. We got a great deal on great quality furniture. I highly recommend Jerome’s and our sales rep, Jordan.
