The in-store experience was great. However they called us 24 hours before delivery to tell us we had to wait another week for the mattress. It wouldn’t be an issue but we checked out of the AirBNB with the anticipation of a bed being delivered. Thankfully they provided a solution for the short time before the actual mattress delivery.

Customer Service was severely lacking. We did not feel welcomed. We came by on Veteran's Day. We were not greeted when we came in, and ignored when we said good bye. We were not acknowledged at all during our time in the store.

J. K. Furniture and Elizabeth are the best!! We recently moved from New York to Surfside Beach and have frequented many of the furniture stores in the Surfside Beach area with little success in finding a dinette set. We stopped in J. K. Furniture on Oak Forest Lane and were greeted by Elizabeth Odum who was absolutely amazing. We found the perfect dinette set at a very good price since the color was discontinued. After the set was delivered we thought it would be nice to have two more chairs. We called Elizabeth to ask if we could possibly get them. Elizabeth took the time to call the manufacturer and was able to order the chairs in the same color as the set. It is so refreshing to find people willing to go out of their way to help others. J. K. Furniture is our new go-to furniture store. Thanks for your help Elizabeth, Robert and Terri

If you are looking for furniture, swing by J&K Home Furnishings in Myrtle Beach, located next to Logan’s. I purchased this bedroom set during a sale they had including no tax. The mattress was bought on sale for 50% off and no tax. That is a steal for the quality of both and I love them! Mishi helped me and was great at being patient after multiple trips to look at bedroom furniture. It was a little complicated due to the whole set not being available at the same time, but Mishi was very meticulous in making sure everything was delivered. Also, I was pleased with the delivery service because the guys went out of their way to help me carry a few things upstairs that I couldn’t do myself. Again, I would highly recommend J&K for your furniture and home decor needs. You can always find a great sale there!
