I absolutely Looooooove Kimbrells Furniture in Gastonia!! I recently paid off my account with them! The entire process from choosing my items until the day I made my last payment was wonderful!! View on GoogleI haven't been to Kimbrell's Furniture store in over 30 years. however I decided to go in because I was looking for a couch and soon as I entered someone right away acknowledge my present with a very kind and cheerful voice as I made my selection I was then proceeded to give the necessary information that was needed the staff was so patient pleasant and kind in which is hard to receive great customer service nowadays but I was truly impressed I want to particularly thank Angela Camp for her kind gentle and pleasant smile. I love the atmosphere it was so calming and relaxing. I will share this experience with my friends.
