We have been customers for around 20 years and have always been happy with their service. Our most recent experience was one of the best. They were very friendly, helpful and patient with us as we tried every mattress and couch in the store multiple times.
View on GoogleI spoke with Stephen,, the store manager, on Monday and he showed me a lift chair that I thought would be perfect for my elderly mother that was having trouble getting a chair to go back and to get her up quickly and enough going forward. I took her back out there on Wednesday to let her try it and it was just as good as I thought she would’ve liked it and she purchased the chair. Two young ladies that worked there helped us and we couldn’t have had a nicer experience both days! I will definitely be going back there when I’m ready for more furniture! **Update: Mom did not notice this problem until after about a week, and it was simply that when you go to put your feet up - the back lays down at the same time. You can NOT sit up in the chair and raise your feet because it is not independent of the chair reclining and when you put your feet up the chair reclines at the same time. We called about returning the chair and they will NOT give her a refund. They said once it is delivered to the home then they cannot return the chair to their inventory because potentially it might have a germ that would go to other furniture in the store. Personally I think that's bogus, but if you buy furniture from that store at least - you are not able to return it so keep that in mind. Now my 90 year old mother has lost approximately $800 that she needs to pay for her healthcare and for another chair. For that reason I cannot still give it 5 stars. So be aware of this policy. (Should they refund my mother her money then of course I will take down this review because I do think it's a good store with good furniture, but I disagree with their return policy very much)

Neyvic was very helpful to me in answering any questions I had, and she finalized the sale with no pressure purchase options. It was an all around relaxed experience. I will consider this store first whenever I look for more furniture

Browsing around to see what I like They have great prices and great service as delivery as well as the customer service I will be back to purchase more furniture for sure
View on GoogleIt was my 1st time in Kimbrell's. I was greeted immediately upon entering. I had a very pleasant experience. The entire staff was polite and will go above and beyond to assist you. I purchased a dressers out of the bargin area. The whole facility was clean items were spaced out not crammed together, which made it easy to picture the items in your room.
