Amazing experience at LA Mattress (Studio City). Carlos was very kind, knowledgeable, and detailed, he helped us find the perfect mattress and made the whole process easy and stress-free. He explained all our options based on the price point we were looking for and got us a great deal. We love what we chose. Highly recommend, especially if you work with Carlos!

They had a great selection and He was very patient and taught us all the details about making a mattress decision. When they delivered the mattress it was also quick and easy and their team were careful when they installed it.

View on GoogleI was looking for the softest possible mattress as I have fibromyalgia and any resistance against my body can be incredibly painful. I like to sink into a mattress— which, I know, most people don’t. So I did a Google search, and included my weight because i’d experienced an issue previously purchasing a mattress that was great on the floor of the store and then incredibly firm when it was delivered. I tried to break it in but nothing I did got it to soften. When I went back to the store, the manager told me that at my weight it would probably never soften up as much as I needed it to. So Google recommended the Helix Sunset mattress. I remembered this from the last time I was trying to find something soft enough for me and ended up buying and returning three different mattresses and finally just putting a topper on my old mattress and using that for the last several years. The Helix website has a directory of stores that sell their mattresses, one of them being LA Mattress Stores. I knew I might not find a floor model of the Sunset mattress because it’s not one of their more popular mattresses, but I thought I’d call a few stores to check. But I ended up only calling one. When I talked to Brandon at LA Mattress Stores’ Studio City location he was so nice and helpful, I knew that’s where I would buy my mattress. He told me none of their locations had a floor model of the Helix Sunset but that it was “very, very soft.“ He recommended three other mattresses I might like and suggested I try them at their Koreatown location. But after doing more online investigating and chatting with two AI apps everything kept pointing to the Helix Sunset mattress. The other reason I didn’t call any other stores — other than Brandon being super friendly and helpful— was that he said he could give me the best price in town and quoted me a price over the phone. And it was definitely less than buying directly from Helix—which really surprised me, and pleasantly so! So today I went to see Brandon and he had me try a slightly firmer Helix mattress that they had a floor model of and it felt wonderful, but a little too firm for me. So we were in agreement that the Sunset model had to be the right one. He gave me a fantastic price even knocking an extra six dollars off to give me the exact price he had said over the phone, even though I jokingly was hassling him about the extra six dollars! It could not have been a more pleasant experience. So not only did he beat Helix‘s price, but when you order from the Helix website you get an extremely compressed mattress rolled up in a box and shipped to you via FedEx. You have to set up the mattress yourself and wait for it to decompress or pay a significant fee to have it delivered and set up. At LA Mattress Stores delivery and set up and removal of your old mattress is included. I was so happy to be able to give a local store my business and get a better deal doing so! That rarely, if ever, happens. And I can’t say enough kind things about Brandon‘s customer service—answering all my questions, explaining the details of the warranty, the stores policies, and just all around making sure that I got exactly what I wanted! I can’t recommend this store enough. If you’re in the market for a new mattress, I promise you, you will be in good hands with Brandon!
View on GoogleCannot recommend Wayne at LA Mattress Store enough! He was fantastic to work with, was super thorough, incredibly polite, and never once came across like a typical pushy salesman. Wayne genuinely focused on helping me find the perfect mattress, not just making a sale, which I am SO thankful for. He even answered a message super quickly, that I sent randomly about the highet of the matress for sheets! If you want honest, friendly, knowledgeable help, go see Wayne!
