Went twice ,no greet or meet for the first 15 minutes both times i went , first time went with my husband,looked around for 15 -20 no one approached us or any other customers there . We walked out , but here recently we needed a washer a dryer set . Second time inwent in , there was a sales person on floor about 15min . I finally walked into their office 3 people were setting there. (guess they work there ,could you sure wouldn't know it) Asked if anyone was in sales cause I haven't been helped. Another couple walked out because no customer service . Was ignored even then , I had to ask for the manager ,who was setting right there the entire time ,hearing me ask for help ...he did nothing. Long story short. Dont waste your time or money there,they are rude and not even an apology from the gm or how can I help ? I needed a washer and dryer set went to sears the next day and purchased a set - plus sears has better selection. And great customer service
