Customer service was incredible. Brad was knowledgeable and asked all of the right questions to help us find exactly what we wanted. He was patient and took his time helping us with our options so we left with exactly what we wanted and at a price we could afford. We were very impressed with the quality of our options as well and look forward to enjoying this furniture for many years as opposed to other sellers.

Not only was Barb super helpful, she read my personality very quickly and took me straight to items I liked. I felt valued during my visit and happily found what I was looking for.
When Joe and his coworker delivered my purchases, they were very polite, friendly, and exceedingly careful to not damage the furniture, walls, and doors while bringing them in.
I had a positive experience from beginning to end. Don't hesitate to stop in there as you will be welcomed and recieve stellar service.

We had a wonderful experience working with Barb at Lincoln Mattress & Furniture Company! She was extremely helpful, friendly, and patient as we selected our England Furniture sectional. We loved that we could choose the exact pieces we wanted, but the real challenge was picking the right fabric. Barb worked with us over the course of two evenings while we brought in paint swatches, a carpet sample, and even an armrest from a recliner to make sure everything would coordinate perfectly.
Our custom sectional arrived in less than five weeks, which was much quicker than we expected. The delivery did have a small hiccup with a bit of drywall damage going down our stairwell, but the company handled it immediately and had someone out to repair it right away.
Overall, the experience was fantastic. We’re thrilled with our new sectional and very impressed with both Barb’s professionalism and the company’s commitment to customer service. Highly recommend!

Purchased furniture 14 years ago for a new townhome, then again 7 years ago when we finished the basement. Today I purchased an adjustable bed and mattress. I keep coming back because they are locally owned and are trustworthy. They sell quality products. Barb helped me today and listened to my needs and matched them to the correct bed for me. She didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t want or need. They are my go-to store for furniture needs.
