I went into the store one week prior and received great customer service from Ali… Labor Day weekend. I went back one week later and got Great customer service from Gray… I ended up buying a bed that’s works best for me, and 0% financing! They also honored the holiday special price, this kinda treatment is rare. I’m super happy! 5 Stars to the both of you guys!!!

Within 20 minutes I was able to make a decision with his exceptional knowledge of the mattresses we were 'testing'. I feel I received a GREAT VALUE with my purchase and best yet, the mattress was delivered within 24 hours! I should mention my neighbor also purchased the mattress of his choice with the assistance of Gray. The delivery guys were nothing but great and right on time! Navigated the rather narrow path I made perfectly into my apartment and of course, took the old mattress out the door! Excellent experience!

I don't have the new mattress at home yet so I can't comment on the delivery process, but so far it's been a smooth transaction.

If you think about how much use you get out of a matress the idea of buying it without testing it out and talking to someone who knows what they are talking about is crazy. I am very happy w the service I received from Gray and feel really good about supporting a brick and mortar store. Plus they deliver and take away your old mattress for free!
