Beyond AMAZING!! Daniel Ross went above and beyond helping us with a new mattress. They are NOT after your money. They are honest and professional. I would highly recommend this store to everyone. This my go to store for a mattress. They also stand by their warranty. It is worth every penny.

Very knowledgeable in not only the mattresses but with physical health to help with my back for my sleeping type. After answering just a few questions, he was able to narrow down to two choices that fit in my budget and needs and couldn’t be happier with my result and got delivered to my house earlier than expected which is great! View on GoogleMy husband and I visited this store after seeing so many positive reviews. We walked in, and Daniel greeted us and showed us some amazing mattresses. There are so many different kinds and it can be a bit overwhelming, but Daniel was able to break it down for us, and show us what to look for in a mattress. He told us to not let the name brand fool us, because many of those expensive mattresses offer little in terms of support. I felt like he was actually invested in our well being, not just making commission. And when the mattress that we wanted was a bit out of our price range, Daniel was able to give us a big discount so we could afford it. He’s a good dude and a great general manager with tons of experience and works with chiropractors as well. And our mattress is like a cloud compared to our previous one. Delivery was also a breeze, and the folks who delivered our mattress were kind and efficient in setting it up. We are incredibly grateful and will definitely shop here again when we need a new bed. Thank you Mattress City!!
View on GoogleNeeded a new mattress so this was our first stop. The general manager (Daniel Ross) was super helpful in guiding me and my wife to the bed for us. He offered great discounts to meet our budget, was not pushy, gave us time to test out beds and think things over, and provided good insight into mattress shopping. Visited couple other stores afterwards and the same level of service and discounts were not matched. Went back to Mattress City a week later to make the purchase and Daniel honored the discounts and provided additional options, made the transaction easy, and helped out after the sale was made via phone in looking over the bed frame we picked to send us the best box spring for the frame. Mattress City is truly dedicated to their customers!
