The 3rd time delivering to my hone and it was/is embarrassing. The trailer of the truck was missing part of its roof, the two delivery men could barely lift my mattress, and almost damaged my wall. I had to guide them and help with some of the lifting. Also, they were about to walk up my clean stairs with their dirty filthy shoes! Nick was great but the warehouse is trash. Please see the picture of how they delivered my new mattress. At least it was in a box but Mattress Firm you have to do better. Embarrassing and unprofessional!

View on GoogleToday, I went to Mattress Firm to get an idea of what type of mattress I wanted. I was planning on going in, finding my mattress, and ordering it online. Scott changed my plans, not intentionally because he didn’t know but because of his customer service. He’s definitely very knowledgeable about the different types of mattresses especially after I told him I was having to return one I bought off the Tempurpedic website because it was hot. We tried different options until he looked at what type of mattress I had purchased through mattress firm in 2012. He matched me with an upgraded version of that mattress and I’m so excited for my bed. Scott at Mattress Firm was very helpful and I’m so glad I purchased in store.

Nick was absolutely amazing, very knowledgeable about all the products down to what type of frame or bunny boards, etc. each different mattress type would need to support it. Detail oriented.
