We went with no expectations. Received a ton of education about and experience on the beds. No pressure sales. Zero percent financing is great. Ended up purchasing split kings with adjustable bases. Getting older with back and hip issues. They could delivery the next day!

Kyle was absolutely awesome! Super knowledgeable and didn't pressure us into buying extra things that we didnt want or need. He listened and asked questions, showed us the options that made sense for us. Overall probably the best experience we've had making any considerable purchase.

This review is for the purchase phase only. The mattress has not yet been delivered. My experience with the sales team in the store was impressive: low pressure, but with a lot of good guidance about how to pick a mattress, rather than which mattress I should pick. The value compared to price point was explained, and I waited two weeks before returning to complete the purchase. Upon my return, they remembered who I was, and reminded me of the two mattresses. I had narrowed it down to on my first trip. The purchase process was smooth, and I’m extremely satisfied with this phase of the process. UPDATE: delivery was smooth and as expected. Couldn’t have asked for a simpler experience. Several weeks later, I’m pretty happy with the mattress, too!

Elyse and Kyle were absolutely awesome. They treated us like they were buying the bed and not us and advised us on all options. Very polite and patient. We're thrilled with our purchase and will refer everyone to this team!

Top notch. We were shopping for pillows and had a couple more places to go, but after the fantastic assistance from Elyse and all her advice, we had no reason to go elsewhere. She answered all our questions, offered thoughtful advice, and made our experience personal vs. transactional. She did a great job and is an asset to a great store!
