Savanna worked with us today at the Augusta Exchange Mattress Firm location. We previously went to the Evans location but it was a bit smaller and didn’t have as much selection. I was told the Augusta Exchange location has the most selection so we decided to try one instead. We ended up purchasing a Sealy Posturepedic, adjustable base, mattress protector, and sheets. The bed we ended up loving wasn’t at the Evans location so so glad we decided to try this one. Savanna was amazing and very patient with us (we are not quick shoppers). We even left and went to Just Beds to make sure they didn’t have anything we liked better. When we got back she made sure we were getting a better deal on everything. Not pushy or over bearing at all. She was very understandable that we wanted to shop around first and come back. She was very knowledgeable and honest. This is not a paid or sponsored review. Just want her to know how much we appreciate her! She works at a lot of the stores so call around and see if you can find her before you go!

We had such a wonderful experience with Lithia at Mattress Firm! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with a huge smile, kindness, patience, and a genuine willingness to help. The entire process was smooth and pleasant from start to finish.
Lithia took the time to answer all of our questions and truly listened to both mine and my husband’s needs to help us find the best mattress for us. We never once felt pressured or like she was just trying to make a sale or meet a quota she genuinely cared about making sure we were comfortable and happy with our decision.
We also brought along our 7-month-old baby, and even towards the end when he started getting tired, she showed nothing but understanding and compassion which meant so much to us.
We highly recommend visiting this Mattress Firm and asking for Lithia. She made what could have been a stressful shopping experience incredibly enjoyable!

We had a great experience at the Mattress Firm at Augusta Exchange. Savanna helped us figure out the best mattress for us as well as all the extras we wanted. She was very knowledgeable of the products they sell and listened to what we were looking for to meet our needs.
