I had such an excellent experience with Mattress Firm, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Lillie. From the moment I called, she was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. She took the time to explain everything—from what type of mattress would work best for me, to exactly what I needed for a foundation and bed frame—without ever making me feel rushed or pressured.
What truly impressed me was how informative and honest she was. I called several other mattress stores in Bend, and not only did Lillie give me the best price by far, she also made sure I understood all my options so I could make the right decision for what I actually needed. On top of that, they offer free delivery, and they’re currently having a huge sale, which made the experience even better.
Customer service like this is hard to find. If you’re shopping for a mattress, skip the other places and go straight to Mattress Firm. Their prices, knowledge, and level of service are unbeatable—and Lillie truly goes above and beyond to help you get exactly what you need. Highly recommend!

My husband and I came in late Sunday afternoon to look at mattresses, and Brendan was awesome! He was helping us while also assisting another customer, and he handled everything so smoothly without making us feel rushed at all.
He was knowledgeable, easygoing, and helped us pick out a great bed that we’re super excited about. It’s being delivered Wednesday, and we felt really good about the pricing too.

My boyfriend and I recently got our first home together and needed to purchase a new mattress, it was both of our first times mattress shopping and as young people with little experience we were both a little nervous about being pressured into buying above our means. That was not the experience we had at all at our local mattress firm, we had the pleasure of working with Sam (Samantha on paperwork) and she was absolutely wonderful. She worked within our budget while making sure we got to experience a little bit of everything, under and over budget while never applying any pressure and making the whole experience so incredibly easy and stress free. Sam was so patient and really picked apart what our needs and wants were to show us the best selection and we left with a new bed we cannot wait to sleep on! The easiest transaction with Mattress Firm in Bend Oregon, and credit all goes to Sam. She listened to our sleep issues, assessed what we would need, and guided us through the process with ease. Sam is the biggest reason we spent our money, and the mattress we picked has greatly improved our sleep. GO SEE SAM!!!!
