They really listened to our needs instead of trying to rush us into a sale. We explained that we were looking for a king-size mattress with pressure relief and long-term comfort, and they walked us through several options while clearly explaining the differences in construction, support systems, and adjustable base compatibility. We ultimately chose the king-size Beautyrest PressureSmart mattress along with the Signature adjustable base, and we couldn’t be happier with the deal they helped us secure. Mark was knowledgeable and transparent about pricing, promotions, and financing options, which made the process stress-free. Kevin made sure all of our questions were answered thoroughly and that we felt confident in our purchase decision. The entire experience felt consultative rather than transactional. If you’re looking for a team that truly listens and works to get you the best value, ask for Mark and Kevin. Highly recommend! We also want to recognize the excellent delivery and setup service provided by Harol and his partner. They were professional from start to finish. They arrived on time, handled everything with care, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. Setting up a king-size mattress and adjustable base can be complicated, but they made the entire process look seamless. What really stood out was how thorough they were. They didn’t just assemble the mattress and Signature adjustable base — they walked us through the setup details, demonstrated the functionality, and made sure everything was adjusted exactly to our liking before leaving. They were patient in answering questions and ensured we understood how to operate the base features properly. They were respectful of our home, clean during the process, and left everything neat when they finished. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Erin was great and explained to me the difference in mattress materials and located a top brand with the size I needed located in clearance. I got a fantastic deal on top brand mattress that should serve me for years. Erin was personable and we talked about dogs while she got the financing and delivery confirmed. Overall a very good in store experience without any pushiness or pressure that one could experience at other chains.
