Outstanding Service at Mattress Firm on Chestnut Street I recently moved to Philadelphia and had the pleasure of shopping at Mattress Firm on Chestnut Street. From the start, Marsha, the salesperson, was incredibly helpful and not at all pushy. She guided me straight to the mattress I had researched online, making the experience pleasant and stress-free. However, the initial delivery was disappointing, as the delivery team overlooked the bed frame. Thankfully, Patch, another wonderful salesperson, went above and beyond. Even after store hours, Patch returned to help assemble the bed frame with genuine kindness and compassion. His dedication truly made a difference and ensured that I had a comfortable and peaceful night’s sleep. I highly recommend Mattress Firm for their exceptional service and quality products. If you’re in Philadelphia and looking for a mattress, you won’t be disappointed if you shop at Mattress Firm for your new bed.

View on GoogleTop Level Experience with Antonio. This gentleman knew his stuff forwards and backwards, was highly personable, very patient with my barrage of questions, and sincere. No negative qualities whatsoever, no pushiness, nothing. The store was clean (they have a 2nd floor so don’t miss all those options), pricing was straightforward, and again, Antonio seriously knew his stuff. He knew and thought of many things I hadn’t thought of, so I didn’t have to do weeks of painful research. I recommend the store and give that man a raise.
