Had a great experience on Black Friday with Chris. He made sure we found the right mattress based on my explanation of what I felt on the different mattresses and my past mattress experiences as well as my price range. He was patient with a little indecisiveness and not pressuring in any way. Got my mattress and new adjustable base delivered today right when they said they would be here and even the delivery guys were awesome. Very happy with my experience with mattress firm. Looking forward to being happy with my new bed too!
