Andres was knowledgeable, helpful and professional. While mattress firm was not the cheapest, they were close and provided competitive pricing. Only disappointment was the set up and takeaway was not clarified until end. Overall, I highly recommend Andres as being very good to work with. I went to several mattress stores and believed Andres to be the most responsive. Happy to have him help with final purchase.

And, also glad to say that my experience on Monday, 12-22-2025 at the Gateway Mattress Firm location was great. I was greeted my Michael, the store Manager and Michael was very knowledgeable, sincere and professional in assisting with my choice of bed. Michael, also gave me a few discounts and I was very satisfied with the final price and delivery options. Kudos to Michael, he is a great store manager!

He promptly responded with the options they had and I told him I was on my way. I arrived and was greeted right away. He showed me the options available, listened, and answered, and was all around very friendly and professional. I purchased my mattress and cover and he helped load everything in my car.
