I had an absolutely wonderful experience with Jeremy. I was looking for a king size mattress and he assisted me with choosing the best one for me. He was a pleasure to work with and I'm very happy with the service he provided. He patiently waited and answered my questions as I took my time and tried almost every medium mattress to be sure I got the right "fit" for the next 50 or so years of my life! I highly recommend!! Two thumbs up and five stars. No don't about it.

I was able to pleasantly select one of those to take home or actually have delivered in 2 days! The manager was attentive during the process & helpful. He also helped me order 2 pillows that were perfect. He tailored the entire process to my needs & was professional throughout. I will definitely return to Mattress Firm with future needs & will refer my friends to Mattress Firm.

Xavier helped me find the perfect mattress today for my health concerns and I literally almost fell asleep trying it out. He was very knowledgeable and extremely patient with me. The sale prices were fantastic he showed me everything in the style I was looking for and didn't try to pressure or guide me to select a particular product. It was an enjoyable shopping experience!
