My husband & I had an amazing experience with the sleep expert MR AUSTIN. This is the FIRST TIME my husband and I go to a mattress store. Mr Austin was very thorough with explaining each mattress & how each mattress are different from the others. He asked us all the questions and gave kind suggestions. Also, He was very patience especially with me as I hopped on each bed and just feel everything. My sales rep Nyle David presented many brands to choose from, but when he displayed the Beauty Rest Black Series 3 Firm. I instantly knew this was the mattress for me. When Nyle David shown this mattress, I was quite impressed. Justl one night sleep, so far on this mattress, and all I can say is lower back night pain issue solved, good ridinance. I just want to thank my sales rep again, Nyle David, for providing excellence service and a terrific deal, as well, for this mattress. I am looking forward to many years with this mattress, and I highly recommend Nyle Davis assistance when looking for a great mattress, and a great deal at the same time.
