Christopher helped me pick out the perfect mattress. He used the company’s mattress fitting tool to narrow down the search to meet the exact needs I was looking for. He provided me with information on each mattress and the differences between options. I priced matched the mattress to what I found online and found the price exactly the same in the store. I was able to purchase the mattress and have them hold it for me until I’m ready for delivery. It was a pleasant experience and I did not feel pressured to make a purchase in any way.

We had gone to 3 other mattress stores and was no customer service at all. Chris explained different types of textures of mattresses being made, he demonstrated us how mattress bases work while laying down on bed. Chris is a great sales person.
