This past weekend, we were in search of a new mattress and stopped in at Mattress Firm in Fairfax, VA. As we entered the store, Abdul greeted us and listened to exactly what we were looking for and showed us multiple mattresses that matched our needs. We spent time trying each one while Abdul provided more details on each of them. He then provided us various options to choose from since we didn’t require a base or box spring. We purchased a mattress and Abdul let us know when it could be delivered. The delivery was very well coordinated and the new mattress was delivered yesterday. I had a great experience at Mattress Firm in Fairfax. Sean was my sales guy an absolutely hooked me up with the softest mattress I needed and at a great price. I would recommend him to anyone since I went to many many places before going there and didn’t receive even a fraction of the attentive service.

Wonderful service! Sean understood perfectly my problem with my back and the need to find a compromise with my wife’s need for a comfier than firm mattress. He went above and beyond to find the perfect solution at the right price to replace my present mattress which has become defective so that in less than 48 hours problem SOLVED!
