Absolutely fantastic experience buying a mattress. Justice was straight to the point, no nonsense, a great conversationalist, and very personable. He quickly and efficiently helped me pick out a mattress that would be most suitable to me (I have scoliosis, so it's very important). Looking forward to receiving my mattress and frame (and other amenities) tomorrow. If I don't change my review within a couple months, I was very satisfied!

Only took off a star bc delivery confirmed date and time but then kept postponing the 2 hour window which was an inconvenience. Delivery went well otherwise and men were very nice. Would recommend !

While there were others waiting. He didnt leave them alone. He helped everyone he could in a professional manner. Everyone got the attention they deserved and was given the correct knowledge to make an effective decision on their purchase. I definitely will be coming back to this mattress firm location.
