Our whole experience of shopping for and purchasing a new bed with this Mattress Firm location was fantastic. My fiancé and I had a loose idea of what we wanted, and the knowledgeable sales rep, Sam, helped guide us through the options, very patiently I might add, until we found ‘the one.’ Purchasing was a breeze, and despite not having what we wanted in stock, it still only took two days for delivery. I was pleasantly surprised when we were given a two-hour delivery window instead of the usual 4-5. The delivery guys showed up 20 mins into the window (which I don’t think I’ve ever had happen before!) and were super sweet and friendly. They masterfully navigated my u-shaped staircase (and curious pets!) and very quickly got everything unboxed and set up, and didn’t leave a scrap of packing material behind. Overall, I’m very pleased by our entire experience. We ended up spending double what I had anticipated, but honestly, it was worth it. Can’t recommend this location enough! Thanks guys!

Once we finalize what I thought that the young lady would appreciate. She clearly, wasn't and I had to canceled the delivery with Abe after all that work. View on GoogleAfter researching online for a couple of week, I knew I had to lay down on a mattress before making the decision. Sam, our “sleep expert”, was great. Immediately upon entering the store, he greeted us and asked if we had done any research ourselves or would need a bit of help through the process. He was not pushy in the slightest, and extremely knowledgeable from everything to each Brand’s construction, reputation, and year round pricing to mattress firm’s financing opportunities and return policies. Sam made the process easy, and I was happy to give him our business then and there instead of leaving to buy online or shop elsewhere.
