He went above and beyond to ask about our needs and he was very patient and kind as he answered all of our questions, and we learned about all the benefits of a good quality mattress and therefore, a good night's sleep. Bill was very kind, professional and a great listener as he led us to a mattress that would best suit our needs. We were also impressed with the company's 4-month trial period. If we could give Bill 10 stars, we would do so. We highly recommend Bill for expertise and knowledge about selecting a quality mattress. View on GoogleGary was outstanding. We went in knowing we needed to find a bed that would be comfortable and supportive enough for my boyfriend’s broken back, but was also soft enough for me. Gary knew which beds to show us gave us options. We even ended up being able to get a Purple Mattress with the Tempur Pedic base. If we ever need another bed, we will be back to see Gary!

Sales person (George) was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He wanted to ensure we got every special deal or service for which we were entitled. Highly recommended.

No hard sell, no false promises , and I actually received an email informing me an additional sale reduction had just become available. I recommend them strongly.
