Justin was awesome. We had no idea what we were looking for as far as a mattress type. He was patient and explained things wonderfully. He was able to help us find what we needed as far as comfort and within our budget. Highly recommend him and the company.

I struggled to find a mattress that suited my needs all over central Arkansas. I called Mattress Firm and they had a few options. I made the 80 mile trip and glad i did. Taylor was great. Very knowledgeable about the products he sales and helped my son pick out the bed he wanted. The product is great, the pricing was great, but Taylor is the reason we left happy. His coworker (i didnt catch his name) was paying attention, he had everything we bought loaded up before we checked out. Give these gentlemen a raise.

It was absolutely fantastic. They answered all my questions even some that were a little bit weird. I really wanted to make an informed decision and they really helped me. I got exactly the bed that I wanted. I asked them to run the numbers on 3-4 different beds and they did it no problem. In the end I went with the higher priced bed because it fit my needs better. I couldn’t be happier

I don’t usually give 5 star reviews but these guys rock! We were moving to the area and conducted the purchase over the phone. We had tried the tempurpedic mattress we wanted at another location and set up the purchase and delivery for when we arrived at our new house. Everything worked out exactly as we expected. The mattress and frame arrived on time, was installed and finished in about half an hour. We were told to contact them on Presidents’ Day and get the sale discount and we were refunded the $200 for the sale price. We will definitely use them again for our next purchase.
