Max was super friendly and caring. Very understanding and patient. I have a latex allergy that he took very seriously. He also understood exactly what I was looking for and helped my brother too. We bought a queen mattress here with the lift mechanism. Also has the best sheets around that you don't need to question the quality to. Pillows are also excellent. The most impressive was how they all work together even if not in the same store. They also don't waste the pickup if it can be used for good. It was just peaceful. I also had to call back about another question and was answered asap, by Max again. Would recommend. Got delivery next day. They had all accessories in stock.

View on GoogleThe sales person was awesome ! The prior delivery and set up was horrific. I don’t understand why you don’t offer even for a price a delivery that will bring in the product all the way into your house and set it up. It’s ridiculous that a 60-year-old woman wasn’t even given the opportunity to have that service. I would’ve gladly paid to have the product brought into my house and set up. Or, I should’ve been told that I wasn’t something I could do on my own or even with the assistance of another person. It took three people to get this product into my house and set up. And in the process, my bedframe was damaged. So although the sales person was awesome, and that part of the experience I would recommend. I would obviously think about how you can inform customers about getting the product into their house or offering it as a service.

I had visited several other mattress companies in the area and was struck by how impersonal and almost bothersome my questions were to the sales agent. In contrast, Christi took her time and experience to walk me through important details of the product. She went out of her way to accommodate me. I feel like she will be a great support, (if necessary) in walking me through the tech challenges of my new purchase. Delivery was quick and went smoothly.
