Nelson was very helpful in informing me about mattresses and letting me try them out. I never felt pressured to make a decision. When I went back a couple of days later to finalize my purchase Connie was also helpful and patient in explaining all the details and paperwork. I felt that I got a good deal and will be happy with my purchase of a mattress and adjustable base.

I really love Mr Nelson .called me know couple days ago due to issue with my ordering the wrong protector for my new Sealy Mattress. I spoke with Mr Nelson. He told me to stop by today and exchange . I did and he was so nice and professional. Nelson Ramos knows Tempur-Pedic and explained the features well and took the time to help me choose a headboard that is beautiful and fit my needs. I highly recommend this location for excellent customer service and quality mattresses!
