Best experience shopping at the Maui store for a mattress! Sales associate Teesha was amazing to work with! Mattress Firm is always my go to for buying mattresses so I was very happy to find out there is a location on Maui. I was able to call the store find they had the one I wanted in stock and then proceeded to head over to the store and purchase it for same day take home. Super easy and fast transaction. Excellent customer service and also a great deal on a takeout the same day mattress! We are very pleased and will continue to shop at Mattress Firms for mattresses!

Pickup was super convenient, and most of all the people that worked there were super helpful and great with customer service. I went here after some bad experiences with Ashley Furniture so it was refreshing to find somewhere reliable.

I really enjoyed Logan's respectful and authentic nature as he assisted me with several different models. He was also very knowledgeable about the merchandise he sold. I took my time and decided on an adjustable cooling bed. I suggest if you need a mattress don't bother going to other stores. You will waste your time and I did enough of that! Ask for Logan ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

She was super energetic, friendly, and patient, and really took the time to answer all my questions about the different types of mattresses. She let me try out several options and helped me find the perfect one within my price range. Cayla also made sure I had everything I needed and got my order placed quickly and easily. The delivery was smooth and my mattress arrived safely just a few days later. I’m really happy with both the mattress and the service I received—highly recommend asking for Cayla if you stop by!
