He took the time to understand what I needed, explained the differences between the mattresses clearly, and helped me find the perfect one within my budget. His professionalism and patience made the whole process easy and stress-free. I’m sleeping better already! Highly recommend asking for him if you're shopping here—he’s awesome!

We had a great experience with Eric, the sales man at Mattress Firm located in silver spring shopping center. He was very professional and took the time to show us all the different types of mattresses from the corvette to the Malibu. Charlie and I now have to make a decision to make. We did purchase two pillows and he did give us a veteran discount and had them delivered to our home. We are so grateful and will be back to purchase our bedding soon! Thank you for your support! My husband and I just purchased a much needed new mattress. Our sales rep was John; he was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable. He answered all our questions and guided us in helping make our final decision on which brand is right for us. Overall this has been a great experience! Highly recommend Mattress Firm and sales rep John at the Mechanicsburg, PA store.

My wife and I were out looking for a new bed. When we walked into the store we felt very welcomed and Scott came over and greeted us. He was very patient and informative. We felt comfortable with him and in the end purchased an adjustable bed that was the most comfortable bed I've ever laid on.
