Before today I’ve had my doubt with mattress firm but no longer! Our SA Monsef, with 16 yoe, took us thru all the mattress within our price range and was the most knowledgeable and patient with us. He took us thru the options not even the branded store showed us, and eventually got us such a nice deal we had to take it on the spot! Highly recommend Monsef!

Natasha was such an amazing sales person. She identified, very patiently, the issues i have while sleeping and worked with me through my budget. She was very professional and is clearly a sleep expert. She is so amazing and I cant help but feel so satisfied with my purchase today. Exceptional. I had an outstanding experience purchasing my new Queen Size Tempur-Pedic mattress from Mattress Firm in Midtown East, and I have to give a huge thank you to Moncef for making the entire process smooth and stress-free.
From the moment I walked in, Moncef was professional, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in terms of comfort, support, and long-term value — and never once made me feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. Instead, he walked me through the different options, explained the features in a way that was easy to understand, and helped me find the perfect mattress that fits my needs.

Don’t write this very often. However the end-to-end service and the quality of the product at Mattress Firm is worth the 5 star rating.
Natasha was patient and was happy to answer all of my questions. She showed me a few options and tailored them to my needs. I ended up buying two queen-sized beds. I had shopped around a bit however came back to Natasha due to the care, attention and competitive pricing.
Have to add the delivery team were top notch also. Well done for a quality all round service.

Initially I was told not to go to the Mattress Firm. But I’m hard-headed, so I went anyway. That’s when I met Moncef. I thought I knew what mattress I wanted, based on online reviews and pictures but I didn’t know how it felt. I expressed this to Moncef and he provided me with a sanitary sheet to try laying on various beds. He didn’t hover and he asked and provided information naturally in helpful and attuned ways. I was drawn to the DreamCloud mattress line, Moncef showed me them, from firm (what I thought I wanted) to least firm. And we were both surprised by what I chose. (DreamCloud PressureSmart Plush Pillow Top — feels like a dreammmm, I’m telling you. And none of this is sponsored, I swear.) It had the right amount of softness and support for my scoliosis. Moncef was kind in navigating me through other mattresses and their prices as well. It was clear he was knowledgeable and he expressed he’d been in the business for 16 years. He was also super friendly and respectful. When I told him about my scoliosis, he suggested an exercise for me to try that usually helps him with his back. It was much appreciated. When I left the store after that first visit, he gave me his contact info for whenever I was ready to purchase the bed. He wasn’t pushy and didn’t mind me being unsure. When I eventually called, he remembered me easily and talked me through the process of opening a credit card for it. Moncef made sure I had everything I needed, a base for the bed, a mattress protector, and the white glove delivery service (which was amazing and swift btw). The bed came to me a week after I ordered it, and it only took that long because I chose the specific day (so helpful). The delivery team was kind, it was smooth, about 20 mins in and out. They even put on shoe covers so they wouldn’t dirty my floor. I was so satisfied with my experience that I called Moncef after to let him know I got it. He was happy for me and reminded me of my 4 month sleep trial. Overall, I don’t know why I was told not to go to Mattress Firm but clearly whoever said it never met Moncef. He was definitely the reason this experience was so easy for me, especially as a first time mattress buyer. I hope this review gets him the raise he definitely deserves.
