Edit: The store manager Ryan reached out to make this right. He was very professional. New base will be here Friday. The bed is awesome. ---- My in store experience was pretty good. My sales rep knew what he was talking about and was accommodating. Offered a great deal that I couldnt turn down. Unfortunately the white glove delivery service doesn't mention they wont take your old base, even when you get a new one. Then they delivered a new broken base, adjustable but very loud and the lights dont work. So now I need to take another day off, get my matress off this base, and get them swapped. When I spoke to the rep about this, he offered nothing but an "I'm sorry". Just just spent 4.5k at your store to get a broken delivery, I was hoping for more than an "I'm sorry". This is inconvenient.

I had a chance to be helped by Ryan who happens to be the manager. Ryan took the time to listen to what I needed and was looking for. No pressure into buying anything. He was honest and After several recommendations finally he was able to help guide me towards a good selection. Will give Ryan credit for his patience and honesty. Honestly speaking, I got no BS :-) from Ryan. By the end of my positive conversation with him & shopping experience, I felt comfortable with my decision and Ryan's recommendation. Highly recommended for his outstanding customer service!

Never felt rushed, he was happy to answer our questions and show us options based on our price range. No pressure, was a great salesperson & made for a great experience! Highly recommended! He walked me through each option and explained everything clearly, showing a deep knowledge of sleeping positions and which mattresses would be the best fit. I really appreciated how honest and open he was about what would work for me and what wouldn’t. On top of that, he was super friendly and easy to talk to—just a really cool guy.
