We had a warranty claim on a mattress previously purchased at Mattress Firm and they honored it! This motivated us to buy a new one from them. Our sales representative, Bradley, was a real pleasure to work with and his knowledge and patience with us made the difference.

We made our original purchase from Brad; then a few months later, it proved to be defective. We consulted with Brad again when we went back to inquire about it. Brad walked us through the warranty claim process. And then we went back again just today and purchased a replacement mattress--again from Brad. He has been courteous, informative, and helpful to us in every way we needed. A very satisfactory experience all around.
