I really just wanted to stop by and try out a couple of mattresses not intending to purchase today. But Rusty was so helpful without being pushy. He steered me to the right mattress for me, was very helpful in explaining the adjustable base and the process for delivery, etc. What a great salesman, I love not being pressured. I wound up buying today and I’m so excited to get my new bed delivered.

View on GoogleWish could leave a lower than one star. This review has to with delivery and response. Matress and frame supposed to be delivered Aug 2. Got a text night before saying time frame would be between 10:15am and 12:15pm. At 10:33am got a text saying delivery would be to my house in the next ten minutes. I went to front door and waited for them until 11:14am...then used the tracking they provide. Saw that the delivery truck was at the wrong address. I live at court, they were on Street. I called to advise customer service to let them know that the truck was at incorrect location. Customer service tried to be helpful but they called the warehouse, who contacted the driver. Driver told them that they went to correct address and warehouse and customer service believed them instead of me. Then they called me back and told me that they would not be able to deliver Aug 2 any longer. I will never purchase from this company again and I won't recommend them either unless you like wasting 1/2 day for nothing.
