I was really surprised to find a mattress store with such a high rating and when I went in I realised the reason for it. Nicole was a fantastic salesperson with excellent knowledge of mattresses and also very tuned in to what we wanted. She guided us through various mattresses and helped us zero in on what we wanted and in our budget. I liked the layout and the vast variety of mattresses available at this store. The mattress we went in for was at a great price as well. Highly recommend this store and special shout out to Nicole!

She quickly found us a comfortable mattress that was within our budget, and was very knowledgeable and kind. She also had cool halloween nails - so bonus points for that!! Overall great experience - the price was good too!

Even if you're interested in out of the box online mattresses, swing by here to learn and feel the differences. Buck helped me find a mattress that worked and even honored the price of one I'd found online. Super knowledgeable. Very helpful. Stopped by yesterday and less than 24 hrs later I have a new mattress. Recommend Buck and the NG Mattress Firm.

View on GoogleGreat mattress store! Patrick is a hilarious and helpful salesperson. He was informative and got us exactly what we wanted with no time wasted. He scheduled delivery to our new address out of state so we wouldn’t have to make a second visit to the local store after we move. Mattress Firm also has some good policies, like price matching and trial periods, that made us feel confident in our purchase.
