I honestly went in to try out a mattress before buying it online assuming the deals and warranty were better direct from purple even though I'd rather buy locally. I talked to Erik and he made sure my questions were answered, but he wasn't pushy about anything. He was very personable and relaxed to the point I'm not sure if he works on commission like I assume lol. As I compared mattresses in the store and prices online Erik was working with another customer so timing worked out well as by the time they were done I had basically made my decision to buy here and come up with a couple more questions. In the end I did buy the mattress from the store with Erik, between the various cyber Monday deals and the warranties matching and a price match guarantee to boot it was really a no brainer. Also, I'll have my mattress two days after purchase and someone else to set it up...instead of who knows how long shipping and lugging it in and lugging my old one out by myself. Kudos again to Erik, thanks!!

June 21 Deliver staff members Albert are punctuate and efficient. We really appreciated their hard work and positive attitude. 👍 Now we have our new Tempur-Pedic ProAdapt Mattress. July 23 All I can is if you need a new mattress, go to mattress firm and try which one you like. My personal experience is Tempur-Pedicure.
