When I went into Mattress Firm, I was greeted by Tripti. Before attempting to sell a mattress, she had several questions about my sleeping habits. She then showed me the first mattress & had me try it out. Since, at that point, I wasn’t 100% sure that was the perfect mattress fit for me, we then tried out 4 more mattresses. She exemplified an attitude of caring during the entire process. When the proper mattress was agreed upon ( the one she pointed out after the inquiry), the purchase & delivery process were completed very easily. I was pleased I’ll be receiving my mattress within days. I’m very pleased with the service given to me by Tripti. Highly recommended.

He was incredibly patient, let us take all the time we needed, and truly guided us until we found exactly what worked best for both of us. Even when one of the bases arrived damaged from the factory, Marc handled everything so professionally and made sure the issue was resolved quickly without ruining the excitement of the moment.
