She was incredibly knowledgeable about all the products in the store and took the time to thoroughly explain the differences between each option. She was very informative, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. I never felt rushed or pressured. Instead, Prova carefully listened to what I was looking for and guided me toward the right choice. Her professionalism, expertise, and positive attitude truly stood out. Her coworkers were also very helpful and worked together to make the entire experience smooth and efficient. Because of their teamwork and Prova’s dedication, I was able to confidently choose the perfect bed. I highly recommend this location — and especially Prova — for exceptional customer service!

Advising me not necessarily what was best for her; instead she put herself in my shoes, working based on my budget, my preferences, and truly listened to my concerns. She was gracious with her time and honest with her assessment of the mattresses. Very grateful for her assistance. I also was able to take advantage of a great President’s Day sale price!
