Bought a couple purple mattresses (premier) from Cindi and Adam and it was absolutely the BEST BEST BEST shopping experience for me and my husband. We came in for a date and we left with the most comfortable beds ever and the base we got really made the biggest difference. I’ve been to other stores and locations but this one is the ABSOLUTE best customer service and very honest. I’m going to be recommending this to friends and family for sure! Thanks so much for the great service and help Cindi and Adam! We are so thankful and can tell you have been here for awhile and know what you’re talking about.
View on GoogleAdam was great, we were met as soon as we walked in the store, he helped my mom pick out a bed that would work for her. He was not pushy at all and very patient. Highly recommend, when it’s time to replace my mattress, I will make the trip back to his store.
View on GoogleGreat experience until we drove all the way home and saw that it was a full instead of a queen size, which is what we paid for and wanted. Very nice salespeople except they weren’t very accommodating when we had to exchange them. We thought there might be some compensation since we are an hour away and it wasn’t our fault or they might come and deliver to our house, but they said it would be a couple of days before they could deliver. When my dad went to go exchange it, he had to load everything himself. Would buy from them again probably, just make sure you get the right mattress or you won’t get any compensation and you will have to do the work.

He meet with me while I was waiting on my husband to arrive and even though he was helping another client, he welcomed me and showed me where to look for what I thought I wanted. He kept helping the clients, while still stopping to engage with me. My husband also liked him as well. He is funny, truthful and I am glad he was our salesman. This man deserves a raise for dealing with us, lol. We have bought three mattresses from Mattress Firm. Won't be the last!! (Wife using hubby's phone)
View on GoogleCindi was wonderful helping us pick out a new mattress! We had our 2 year old daughter with us and she included her in the testing out mattresses too. Usually sales people focus on just the adults but Cindi didn’t. She showed us all mattresses and didn’t push for just one specific one. Very helpful ! Thanks to her we found a new comfy one!
