Great customer service. She asked alot of good questions. Had answers for all of ours. Had us try a number of styles, and price ranges. We knew what we wanted but it was nice to see other options. Very friendly and personable. We appreciate how she made sure we understood the warranty, and haul away procedure. Clean, bright store.

She got us set up for delivery the next day. It was pretty quick and painless and we will definitely go back if and when we need a mattress in the future.
View on GooglePoor communication and an unprofessional delivery process. I was told I could schedule delivery for any day, which turned out to be untrue. Because of this, I was forced to spend a night in a hotel after moving into a new apartment without a bed. I was told the delivery company would call, but instead only received a text with a delivery time that didn't work. Attempts to resolve the issue were ignored or ineffective, making the entire experience frustrating. For such a large purchase, I expected much better coordination and customer service. Offering a partial refund instead of fixing the issue did not help--I simply needed a bed to sleep on. Very disappointed and will not be purchasing from them again. The "sleep expert" who assisted me was named Cole.

View on GoogleWe bought a new mattress with Cordin and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. He was very patient and knowledgeable, explained all our options thoroughly. After trying out a few options in store, we had our heart set on a mattress we saw online, and he was able to search it up in a nearby warehouse to get it to us even faster than if we ordered it. Great sales skills. You can tell he knew his stuff. I was very pleased with the service and the product.
