My wife and I visited Mattress Firm today with the sole purpose of getting information on a new mattress. Then we met Glenn. Right from the start he listened to my wife’s concerns with her sleep and he immediately ruled out most of the store. He directed us to the Sealy Posturpedic line and confidently explained the different types of mattresses and the benefits and pitfalls of each. He patiently answered all our questions and let us explore each option. He explained the befits of financing and the current promotions. We walked out of there having purchased the top of the line Sealy…and an amazing Hungarian down pillow we got at a substantial discount. Oh, and free delivery and set up. We have 120 days to try it out and if it isn’t the right one for us, we get a full refund to apply to a different one. If it weren’t for Glenn being so attentive and knowledgeable, we probably would have kept shopping around. We had a great experience and would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone.
View on GoogleThe title of “Sleep Expert” is not an exaggeration when it comes to Rusty. He was able to take mine and my husband’s differing sleep complaints and our unfortunately vague description of our current mattress and use his wealth of knowledge to identify our core issue and the best course of action. Rusty showed us several beds, was very knowledgeable about all of them, spoke with transparency throughout the process, and made something that could have been stressful, fun. He also ended up staying about 40 minutes late helping us with the final purchasing process and when we apologized he waved it off graciously. We found a mattress that we are very excited about and we actually feel like we understand exactly what we purchased (mattress, protection plan, etc). The sole reason our time at Mattress Firm was so smooth and easy was because of Rusty’s kindness, knowledge, honesty, and experience.

Gave us the exact information we were asking for and a little more. Way better experience than I imagined. Gave us as many deals as he possibly could.

We found what we liked, the bed was double the price we were willing to pay. Tanner, immediately said let's find something similar to what you want and working together, we were able to put together a suitable alternative for half the price. Easily the best mattress purchase experience I have ever had. Will definitely go there again.
