Was so very impressed with true customer service! Caleb was very knowledgeable and answered every question we had for him. The delivery process was just as impressive, they took are old bedding out set up new bed. They took the time to demonstrate the functions. Then they removed all the trash. Going to Mattress Firm was the best decision we could have made.

Jeremy and Caleb were informative and very helpful in our decision to purchase a Tempr Pedic mattress. Firm was to firm so exchanged it for a Tempr Pedic Medium Adaptive Pro 12" replacement. Delivery Jan 20th 2026. Hope this works Jeremy! Thanks for great customer service!👍

Michael was very knowledgeable of the different mattresses that was on display. He answered any questions we had and was very patient with us and didn't pressure us into buying anything. We took our time in deciding which one to purchase.

I love my new furniture! My first experience here was with Gavin and I was not shopping for myself. He is so helpful and such a polite gentleman that I knew this was a place I was coming back to. Well we came back and the service the owner, Daniel, was just as helpful and polite! We couldn't be happier with our new sectional so far and Daniel, the pillow for my knees is definitely helpful. You'll be happy to know the pregnancy pillow is gone that I held onto like a lifeline due to so many pillow fails. These gentlemen know their products and truly are out to help you find what really works for your lifestyle as well as what will last for you. This will continue to be our go to place for furniture and appliance needs.
