She spent two hours with me answering questions and showing me the types of mattresses that were recommended based on my needs. Monika was extremely patient and very knowledgeable about the products they sell. She wasn’t pushy or overly persuasive; she simply provided information on the various products and explained their differences so that I could make an informed choice. View on GoogleThe minute I walked in the door I was immediately greeted with a smile. The young lady, Monika introduced herself and asked how she could assist me. I explained what I was looking for and before I knew it Monika started to educate me on the world of mattresses. She was extremely articulate and answered all my questions. I laid on a few beds and called my husband to come to the store to try out a few beds. It did not long for us to make a decision on the Sterns + Foster Reserve. I had shopped 2 other stores, who had the same mattress. We decided to purchase from Monika because of her knowledge, and how she explained the product and the benefits of purchasing from Mattress Firm. Monika is very professional and she had a way of reducing our anxiety about making this purchase. I would highly recommend Matress Firm and Monika. I was so impressed by her skills that I asked her for several business cards. I am a realtor and often get asked for recommendations.
